ShopFor Terms of Use

Welcome to ShopFor, an e-commerce marketplace operated by ShopFor.online. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “user”) and ShopFor (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and related tools (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our associated policies, including the Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the capacity to enter into a legally binding contract.

2. Our Business Model

ShopFor is a curated online marketplace using a dropshipping model. We do not stock, manufacture, or directly ship products. Instead, we facilitate the sale and delivery of goods through third-party vendors and global distributors, primarily via platforms such as AliExpress.

3. Account Registration

Account creation is optional. However, registering for an account allows you to access order history, track shipments, and manage preferences.

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your login credentials secure
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Orders & Fulfillment

All orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Shipping times, delivery windows, and product availability are provided by the supplier and may vary by region.

We are not responsible for:

Delays due to customs, strikes, natural disasters, or shipping disruptions
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by users
Unclaimed or refused packages

You acknowledge that fulfillment and delivery are subject to third-party control and may not mirror traditional retail logistics.

5. Pricing, Fees, and Taxes

Prices are displayed in USD and may vary based on supplier pricing, shipping costs, and automated markup tools. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without notice.

All applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country.

6. Product Listings and Descriptions

We strive to ensure that product listings are accurate, but we do not warrant:

That descriptions, images, or specifications are complete or error-free
That the item you receive will be identical in every respect to photos
That all products are available at all times

ShopFor may revise or remove listings without prior notice.

7. Return & Refund Policy

By purchasing from ShopFor, you agree to the terms outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Key points include:

No physical returns unless explicitly authorized by the supplier
Refunds only granted for items that are not delivered, arrive damaged, or are materially not as described
Orders valued at $5 or less may qualify for a refund without return
Orders over $5 are eligible for store credit only
All claims require supporting evidence (photos, tracking, etc.)

Refunds are subject to verification and supplier cooperation. We do not refund for buyer’s remorse or shipping delays outside our control.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including:

Submitting false claims or fraudulent information
Scraping, copying, or misusing site content or data
Interfering with site operations or compromising security
Violating the rights of other users, third parties, or vendors

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including logos, graphics, product data, code, and branding—is the exclusive property of ShopFor or its licensors. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or exploit any content without express written consent.

10. Third-Party Tools and Links

ShopFor may include links to third-party platforms (e.g., supplier sites, payment processors). We are not responsible for the privacy, terms, or business practices of these external entities.

Your interactions with such third parties are governed solely by their terms.

11. Disclaimers

ShopFor provides all services and products “as is” and “as available,” with no warranties—express or implied—including:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Delivery guarantees or outcomes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use of the Platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShopFor and its owners, affiliates, employees, and vendors are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Lost profits or data
Delays or non-performance due to third parties
Any claim exceeding the total value of your order

This limitation applies regardless of legal theory.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ShopFor and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and costs (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the Platform
Your violation of these Terms
Your infringement of any intellectual property or privacy rights

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

15. Termination

ShopFor reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to any user, with or without cause, at its sole discretion and without liability.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fort Worth, Texas.
